She took the time to get to know us to help find us a home that we would love and that would fit our needs. She was always well prepared and organized. We recently worked with Nicole Squadrilla with our first home purchase. Nicole will ALWAYS be available for you, and will arrange her schedule and bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. She was EXTREMELY patient with us (because I in particular was being super picky). Most importantly, her honesty was the most helpful in a stressful but exciting first home purchase. I would 1000% recommend Nicole for ANYONE purchasing any home. I will most definitely be contacting her again in my future should I decide to move.

I worked with Nicole Squadrilla to find a new apartment in Toronto and she was amazing to work with! She took us to so many showings, was so patient throughout our decision process, and was always happy to help. When we finally found the apartment we were looking for, she handled the negotiation process so well.
